We're confident that you'll be thrilled with your purchase, but if by any chance you need to return or exchange it, rest assured we've got your back.

Our return/exchange policy is hassle-free ♥

Please return the item within 14 days of the date received to the address below and contact us:

Once we receive your return, your item will be examined. Please allow 7 business days for your original form of payment account to be refunded (e.g.: credit card, PayPal).

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags on them. Made to be Free is happy to offer you a refund or exchange on all full-priced items. Please note:

• if your order was placed online with FREE SHIPPING, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return amount for any order (cost to send your original order).
• if your order was processed using AFTERPAY, its fees (6.62% + $0.30 admin fee and GST) will be deducted from your return amount for any order.

Earrings are not refundable and unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind or wrong size selection. All items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE. 

The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
