Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Made to be Free is not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning.
Once we receive your return, your item will be examined. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags on them and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
RETURNS:
Please note:
- if your order was placed online with FREE SHIPPING, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return amount for any order (cost to send your original order).
- if your order was processed using AFTERPAY, its fees (6.62% + $0.30 admin fee and GST) will be deducted from your return amount for any order.
- Please allow 7 business days for your original form of payment account to be refunded (e.g.: credit card, PayPal).
EXCHANGES:
For exchange customers shall include a pre-paid mailer for the postage of the exchanged item.
SALE ITEMS - We accept returns in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
Earrings are not refundable and unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
